We have channeled much about Integrity and the importance of speaking the truth and keeping to your truth. When it comes to the light, there are NO shades of gray. There is either darkness or light. Right or Wrong. Truth or lies.

The reason truth is so important is because lying creates a space for separation, it leads to nothing good.

Many humans rationalize lying. “White lies”. To lie to help someone feel better, or to avoid conflict. A lie is a lie. Do not confuse. You can still be from light and love and avoid hurting someones feelings WITHOUT an untruth. Most of the time a lie is just easiest or fastest.

IT IS OF THE UP-MOST IMPORTANCE to create a reality based on truth. Cosmic energy has been creating much chaos in many forms on earth.

Make a concerted effort to come from love and light at all times. Make the EFFORT.

Many may notice how the true colors of people are being shown more than ever.

THE TIME IS NOW to make a decision. Are you to live in the light and be of good? Or come from the gray?

Being a ” good person” is more than just a title. It is a life style. IT IS A CHOICE.

make that choice.

How can one find out their truth if they do not listen?

Take time every day to listen to your Self. Listen to your needs.

How often do you put the needs of others in front of your own? Whether it be friends family or mere acquaintances.

Is there a time where you wish your needs could be heard? They can, and will if you VOICE them with your inner truth. Come from love.

Allow your self to be heard. Allow your self to know what you NEED. Take time. Take care.

There is much negativity and fear about December 2012.

Please realize, fear breeds fear. Trepidation is wasted energy. Focus on love.

Focus on raising the vibration of this earth to love.

Volunteer, spread cheer.

Do things for others.

Focusing on the end will do nothing for the present.

Come from love and be love.

Do not allow yourself to be caught up in dooms-day propaganda.

FOCUS ON CHANGE. FOCUS ON GROWTH. LOVE

Take no heed to negative thoughts. Spirals of negativity must and will be released. Allow your Higher Self to live at its fullest potential.

Be true to your light.

Accept yourself and you will shine.

Take time each day to spread light and love to others.

Embrace love that is yours and it shall encompass others.

Let go of your fear and frustrations, it is a waste of your energy.

We do not mean avoidance.

Live in light, let go of the darkness. Your light will shine.

Self harm. Why does one take such painful measures to silence their inner torment? Guilt. Shame. Anger.

All is never lost.

Happiness may seem so far away, unreachable but this is very untrue. Please realize that punishment for past circumstance or present torture only dulls the pain.

It is not a true release. It may feel like this, but the Lower Self is using its trickery and self doubt to make you feel as if this is the only way to end the chaos.

The next time you face an urge to self harm take time to do this healing exercise. We know you just want to take control of the pain, but please try this:

If you have something to harm with, drop it.

Or if you are harming, stop. You can do this. You are strong.

Take a deep breath while counting to 7.

While breathing in picture your pain and how it makes you feel.

Do not avoid it.

Self harming is a form of avoidance.

A way of not feeling your core. Now picture a color that represents your emotion, your pain and a texture that describes it best.

Now When you reach seven and are going to breathe out, picture the color and texture being sucked out by a large vacuum.

At the exact same time a beautiful beam of white light is filling you up through your crown.

Completely eradicating any darkness or pain left.

It is very important to trust in this light. It is warm, it is safe. It heals every part of you from the inside out. There is no room for anymore pain, worry, self doubt, guilt, shame, sadness. Only CALMING beautiful white light.

Now with this next breath in, please picture DEEP purple light coming through your heart chakra.

This is love energy, replacing all of your empty space with LOVE. Healing, fulfilling love.
Keep breathing in and out normally until you feel calm.

Walk away from any weapons and ask someone to remove it.

You are stronger than you believe, we love you.

Why do these have such an impact on humans as a society and as individuals?

The lower self.

This is the part of humans that does not come from the light. That is not the Divine’s voice.

The lower self is the direct opposite of God’s voice within you or the Higher self. Your purest self. Your true self.

The lower self is there to make you choose, to choose to be in your higher self at all times. To come from the light, to be of truth and to try to be “the better person”. The lower self will try to make you choose the dark, make you not come from the light.

Society is run in the lower vibration. Judgement, hatred, anger, jealousy, unfairness and bias are such strong factors in society. Most magazine images are altered and doctored before the average person sees these images. Perception is skewed. Perfection is key.

Please understand that YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. You are the Divine creation. You are love.

It is of normalcy to feel imperfect, to feel as if you are not good enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough, but please realize that you are as you are meant to be. Self love is so important.

LOVE THY SELF.

Understand that most of your perceptions have been created in falsity.

Clear your mind of outer influences. Be in tune with what your body needs to be a healthy, happy system.

Body image should be replaced with respect, love and tolerance.

Live life to it’s fullest, love thy self and forgive thyself.

In times of darkness one may feel in absolute abandonment and  completely deserted.

This is untrue. You are never alone. Close your eyes and listen to your heart beat. Listen to your breath. No matter how hard you try, it is impossible to stop your heart beating, it is impossible to hold your breath forever.

These strengths were given to you as a solid truth. Life is meant to be lived within the fullest parameters. FREEDOM. INTEGRITY. LOVE. UNITY. EQUALITY. RESPECT.

As true as the blessed sun rises and the moon reflects, you are LOVED. You are guided.

Take time each day to listen to your inner voice, your intuition, your truth.

Respect yourself enough to LOVE EVERY ASPECT of your vulnerability. It is a strength, not a weakness.

For every time you feel so isolated you could just wither away, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Embrace your inner strength no matter how much fear may entangle it. We have seen every struggle, every pain, every tear dropped. You are not forsaken.

You are purpose.

Continue on my child. CONTINUE ON. Do not give up on yourself.

Life is for you.

Within your heart is a promise. A promise of strength, of integrity and love. In times of deep despair, open your heart and you will find that promise waiting to be embraced.

No matter the depth of darkness or the threat of danger proclaimed. You will survive. Open your heart, you will survive.

Each person has been given the gift of Love. Use this. Continue to persevere through adversity, pain, danger and fear and you will find eternal peace. In love.

Live in love.

Be in love.

Do love.
