Time can seem over zealous. Time can seem out of reach. Time can seem impossible.

Just breathe.

Please realize that time is mainly a Human concept. 24 hours
in a day, focus on seconds, moments. Focus on memory making.

Focus on LOVE.

Focus on time spent not time lost.
You are stronger than you know.

Time is not irrelevant, but it is also not all encompassing.

What is compassion? Why is it so important to live a life with compassion?

Compassion stems from love. If you try to live a life full of compassion, there will be less strife, less anger, less betrayal, less worry about lower-self needs such as riches, popularity, social standing.

Live your life with compassion.

Be the love you look for in others. Be the COMPASSION you seek from others.

Fear can be all consuming. It is of the UPMOST importance to let go of the fear and understand that the act of fear, is LARGER than the fear its self.

If you allow your fears to consume you, to determine you, then you will not live a FULFILLED life in the light.

A healthy HUMAN is one that can understand that it is normal to fear, but it is also ATTAINABLE to rid this fear.

Basing anything on fear is not a true judgment, it is not a true opinion, it is not a true thought. It is biased.

DO NOT ALLOW THE FEAR TO GROW.

ALLOW THE LOVE TO GROW.

Love will battle fear. Faith will battle fear. You can not truly have fear with love and faith.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Each human is 100% unique, 100% individual.

There are times EVERY human may feel as if they are not enough, not special.

We promise you, YOU ARE SPECIAL.

You are amazing.

You are this way because the DIVINE created you to be so.

You are important.

You are good enough.

Take time each day to breath deeply and reflect on your actions, behaviors and thoughts.

Filter away the negatives, focus on the positives.

Close your eyes:

Breathe in for a count of 5 hold your breath for a count of 2 and release your breath for another five. When you breath in, breath in love, light, strength, stability, peace.

When you breath out, release all of the negative feelings, thoughts and events that have happened to you that day. No need for it inside of you anymore.

Continue to breathe for 10 breaths.

Open your eyes

The unrelenting suffering and agony of pain others can inflict on you can seem so powerful, so terrifying.

Please, Child of the Divine, remember it will soon pass.

There will always be pain, suffering and sadness in this world.

You must remember that it is very important to try to rise above the pain by EMBRACING LOVE.

This is the ONLY way to survive such darkness. Millions and millions of humans are suffering every day.

But, God has created a way for this suffering to cease.
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE

When you are at your darkest, remember that the Heavenly Creator loves you deeply. He has sent to you, Your Angels and Guides who love you very very much. They watch over you, they guide you.

Humans have the Lower Self, and with that part of them, they create choices that can harm.

Please, Child, When you are sitting in your darkest moment, there is a bright light shining over you, ready to combat against any darkness.

EMBRACE THAT LIGHT.

Love is that light.

We know that it is very difficult to embrace love when you are feeling so rejected, so alone.

You are not alone.

God’s miracles are everywhere.

YOU are one of those miracles. YOU have much to accomplish on this earth. YOU were made for purpose.

YOU ARE PURPOSE.

Others who harm you, they are lost. They do not understand love. Therefore, they can not possibly show love to others, not even themselves.

Do not pity them, but understand them.

Understand that they are not you, they are not coming from love.
Therefore, it does not heed truth. Love and Truth are one in the same. Lower Self, FALSE. You are true, you are love. YOU ARE STRONG.
